What personal information do we keep?

Axicon collects information about you when you make enquiries or place orders for our products or services. Website usage information is also collected using Cookies.

 

What do we do with the information?

Axicon uses the information to process orders and to answer questions or enquiries related to our products and services. We may also contact you following your product purchases in order to remind you about regular service and maintenance of the products, about software updates, new or updated products, or about changes to relevant product related standards.

 

Axicon will not pass on your personal information to any other companies for marketing purposes, but may share your information with other companies when it is necessary to do so in order to supply you with the product or service that you have ordered.

 

In processing your order, we may send your details to, and also use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.

Axicon use Google as our primary e-mail provider, therefore e-mails to and from us may be stored on cloud servers located outside the EU.

Android App

The Axicon Linear Verifier app does not transmit or receive any data over the internet, with the exception of crash reports if the operator chooses to submit them. The processing of any data generated by a connected Axicon verifier is performed on the Android device locally, and can only be exported if explicitly authorised by the operator.
